The MAJOR sources of TRANS FATS occurs in processed foods.

Please read labels and stay away from anything that is HYDROGENATAD.........either fully or partially.

Starting in the new year, all labels must contain TRANS FAT content.

MARGARINE is 100% trans-fat.
